The apartment had spectacular views, especially from the 25th floor. It felt spacious and had all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right by the beach with everything within walking distance. the apartment's cleanliness left much to be desired. The oven looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and there were some leftover items under the bed, which wasn’t great. The windows didn’t seal well, making it noisy, especially with windy conditions. Check-in could also be improved. it was delayed significantly on our arrival, which was a bit frustrating. it had potential but needed better maintenance and check-in coordination.

We had a 3-bedroom apartment with epic ocean views, best part of the stay! The layout was nice for our group, but man, those lifts were scary with one always broken. Plus, the hot water ran out way too fast. Good dining options nearby made up for some lacks in the place's setup.

Would recommend focusing on maintenance improvements.

focus has a great location right across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. the large rock pool was perfect for refreshing swims after long walks. Their service really stood out. they were understanding and fully supported a refund after we had room issues.

The ocean view from our room was 🏖️ breathtaking! Spacious areas made it feel like home. the furniture seemed outdated, which was a bit disappointing.

Multiple issues marred the stay, from the absence of cleaning to basic necessities like extra toilet paper and only one garbage bag for the entire stay. The ceiling fans were covered in dust, making them unusable upon arrival. The master ensuite had a persistent and unpleasant smell, which seemed to worsen as the stay continued. The kitchen lacked essential items, like oil and sharper knives, and the oven clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. the underground parking felt tight and poorly lit, making it tricky to navigate at night.

the location right by the beach is unbeatable! ! our apartment had lovely ocean views and easy access to local shops and fun spots. the staff were friendly and super helpful!
